Anthro Ponies: Fluttershy, Dashie, Twilight

I'd like to start drawing anthro ponies (and other creatures), so I started on the Mane Six. Each one has a job--Fluttershy works as a petsitter, Rainbow Dash is a Wonderbolt (a devision in the army), and Twilight is a pediatrician. Don't know why--she just struck me as one.
